poppies - beginning the "Daily"

My new poppies! These are going in the flower garden when it gets rejuvinated on Friday. I thought this would be a bright way to start my "Daily" posts. I'm going to try to take a picture of something - anything - most days. Knowing the demands on my time, I have to accept that it won't be every day, but the idea is that "Daily" there is something beautiful, exciting, sweet, important, normal, fun, enjoyable.....well, you get the picture. There's always a picture waiting to be taken, a story to be told. Hope you enjoy, and I'd love your feedback!

John's Wedding

My amazing brother, John, is married! We all had so much fun at their beautiful wedding, and it was a special treat and honor that Joshua was the ring bearer/bell ringer! He had a blast doing his "job". I'm so blessed to welcome a wonderful new sister-in-law, Johanna, to the family! Congratulations, guys - we love you!

The Salz family: 2008

This is the third year I have had the pleasure to meet up with the Salz family and take their family holiday portraits. What a fun and loving family! I can't believe how the boys have grown!!

With three generations of a fun-loving family represented, there was no way this photo shoot wasn't going to be a blast! The scenery was perfect and everyone had fun playing in the grass.
